You will lead origination, secure meetings with decision-makers, and convert relationships into negotiated general contracting contracts.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to secure negotiated commercial construction contracts.
• Strong executive-level communication and networking skills.
• Self-sourcing of opportunities with long sales cycles (6–18 months).
• CRM discipline to manage opportunities and activities.

Responsibilities

• Originate pipeline and map target decision-makers to establish strategic partnerships.
• Manage client relationships from initial engagement through contract negotiation and project execution.
• Collaborate with preconstruction, estimating, and operations to align client needs with capabilities.
• Drive growth through relationship-driven client acquisition rather than inbound leads.
• Engage decision-makers, qualify opportunities, and maintain disciplined CRM hygiene.
• Represent Global Construction at industry events and grow Colorado market presence.
