Kapella Group in Centennial, CO is seeking a Marketing & Business Development Coordinator to blend outbound prospecting with strategic marketing support. You will drive lead generation, organize CRM pipelines, and contribute to high-impact proposals and marketing collateral.

The role involves collaborating with the Director of Business Development and Marketing Manager, managing follow-up protocols, and coordinating qualifications packages for active pursuits.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of experience in marketing coordination, business development, proposal coordination, or sales development.
• Proficient with HubSpot CRM for outbound outreach.
• Able to source accurate stakeholder contacts independently.
• Strong writing and editing skills for outbound communications and proposals.

Responsibilities

• Outbound Lead Generation: research target companies, map decision-makers, and schedule qualified meetings.
• Pursuit & Proposal Support: collaborate on proposals, qualification packages, and marketing collateral.
• Pipeline Administration: maintain CRM hygiene and track active pursuits with next steps.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: align outreach with growth objectives with BD and Marketing managers.
