Fourth Floor in Dallas is seeking an E-Commerce Customer Sales Associate to join its Client Relations team. This hybrid role blends luxury service with digital sales across phone, email, live chat, and other online channels to deliver an elevated client experience.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in luxury retail or e-commerce customer service, strong communication, and a track record of turning inquiries into sales while building lasting client relationships.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer service, retail, or contact center.
• Luxury retail or e-commerce experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong sales ability with ability to close sales.
• Polished, professional service for discerning luxury clientele.
• Clienteling and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Salesforce, CRM, email or chat platforms is a plus.
• SAP experience a plus.
• Knowledge of luxury jewelry, timepieces, or gemstones a plus.
• Typing speed of at least 50 WPM.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide elevated customer service and sales support across digital channels.
• Manage inbound inquiries and outbound follow-up to strengthen relationships.
• Identify client needs, make product recommendations, and convert inquiries to sales.
• Process merchandise orders with high accuracy.
• Build client relationships through proactive clienteling.
• Capture and maintain client information in CRM systems.
• Provide guidance on products, launches, and services.
• Coordinate sales referrals with retail locations and internal teams.
• Work toward sales goals, KPIs, and service levels.
• Stay updated on product launches and campaigns.
• Support outbound clienteling initiatives and special projects.
