The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 2–3 years in LTL, excellent communication, and strong Microsoft Office skills. You will track metrics, understand the competitive landscape, and strive to exceed financial goals with support from a dedicated sales team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2–3 years of business experience in Less-Than-Truckload (LTL).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to harness financial data to inform decisions.
