• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Pro, and related lending systems.
• Adaptability and eagerness to learn to support efficient lending operations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare mortgage applications for processing ensuring files are complete and ready for the next step.
• Contact borrowers to request documentation and answer questions; provide timely follow-up.
• Coordinate residential mortgage and home equity leads, inquiries, and various application stages.
• Maintain lending-related reports, templates, forms, and department documents.
• Assist borrowers with Consumer Portal access and password resets.
• Support Realtor and customer events; coordinate materials for lending initiatives.
• Follow up after closing with surveys, first payment info, and appreciation materials.
