Job summary

Align Credit Union is seeking a Loan Servicing Representative I in Lowell, MA. This hybrid role funds loans, performs routine servicing, and supports members with online banking and servicing queries.

You will develop knowledge across consumer, real estate, and home equity loan products while maintaining accurate records and complying with regulations. The position reports to senior loan staff and offers a path for career progression within Loan Servicing.

Qualifications

Foundation in loan servicing responsibilities and processes.
Ability to handle routine servicing inquiries and online banking support.
Attention to documentation accuracy and timely processing.

Responsibilities

Fund approved consumer, mortgage, home equity loans with complete documentation.
Perform routine loan servicing and maintenance including payments and account maintenance.
Process paid-loan documentation and secure lien and collateral records.
Process daily mail, loan payments, payoff activity, and related reports.
Respond to member inquiries about payments, balances, and payoff information.
Assist members with Online Banking and other digital services.
Provide backup Contact Center support as needed.
Assist with insurance, titles, escrows, and other servicing tasks.
Cross-train to cover broader Loan Servicing functions.
Comply with policies and regulations; participate in training.
