Job summary

Compeer Financial is seeking a loan processing professional to service client relationships across our Fond du Lac, Sun Prairie, WI and Rochester, MN locations. This hybrid role offers up to 50% remote work and focuses on accurate loan documentation and timely closings.

You will coordinate with Financial Officers, prepare loans for booking, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, while delivering excellent service to agricultural clients.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Interest or experience in loan processing preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate client journey through PCA loan processing before, during, and after closing.
• Maintain client relationships with exceptional service.
• Prepare operating and term loan documents from application to closing.
• Monitor closing conditions and ensure accuracy.
• Collaborate with Financial Officers across locations.
