Agri-Access is seeking an entry-level Loan Processor to support the client journey from application through booking and post-close activities. You will gather financials, organize documents, and collaborate with Financial Officers across locations to meet deadlines.

The role emphasizes accuracy, strong communication, and a proactive approach to client service in a hybrid work environment based in Rochester, MN or Mankato, MN.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Entry-level experience in loan processing or similar role preferred.
• Strong communication and attention to detail needed.
• Ability to work in a collaborative team and prioritize tasks.
• Proficiency with standard Windows applications and loan systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as client contact, delivering exceptional service throughout loan processing.
• Gather information from clients and pre-qualify information for loan opportunities.
• Prepare operating and term loan documents from application to finalization.
• Verify loan details, pricing, and closing conditions, ensuring accuracy.
• Assist with post-closing activities and lien perfection where applicable.
