Job summary

Compeer Financial is seeking a Loan Processing and Client Service professional to facilitate PCA loans from application through closing. You will serve as the primary client contact, coordinating with Financial Officers across multiple locations to ensure accurate documentation and timely processing.

Based in our Wisconsin or Minnesota offices with a hybrid schedule (up to 50% remote), you’ll contribute to compliant loan delivery while supporting a culture of service and professional

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2 years of loan processing experience.
• Understanding of collateral and perfecting liens.
• Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication with internal and external parties.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates client journey by processing PCA loans from application to closing.
• Maintains loan documentation, ensures accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborates with Financial Officers to gather pre-qualification information.
• Prepares and reviews loan documents and monitors closing conditions.
• Provides back-up support at office locations as needed.
