Responsibilities include servicing PCA loans, coordinating documents, and maintaining client accounts while supporting the sales team. The role emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, and adaptable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of client service experience preferred in finance.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Ability to collaborate in a team and align with company goals.
• Proficient in Windows and common office software.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline client service via phone, online, and in-person.
• Build relationships and ensure a consistent client experience.
• Support loan servicing including PCA renewals and document handling.
• Coordinate office operations and events, manage invoices.
• Assist sales in identifying client products and delivery tools.
• Back up the Contact Center when needed.
