Job summary

Compeer Financial in Illinois, Minnesota and Wisconsin is seeking a dedicated team member to support client service and loan servicing functions. The role offers a hybrid work option with up to 50% remote work and bases out of Minnesota offices, including Rochester and Mankato locations.

The position emphasizes building strong client relationships, accurate servicing, and smooth office operations while providing opportunities for learning, mentorship, and career growth within a cooperative

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2 years of client service experience, preferably in a financial institution.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient in Windows environment using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook; able to learn new systems (e.g. loan origination).
• General knowledge of farming operations and agriculture preferred.
• Knowledge of Compeer and its loan products, digital tools and services desired.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline customer service to clients via phone, online, and in person.
• Build relationships with clients and coordinate with internal teams to meet client needs.
• Assist with loan servicing, including renewals and document handling.
• Support office operations and coordinate events and manage related invoices and requests.
• Maintain accuracy and compliance in documentation and processing.
