Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Facilitates client journey through processing of new PCA loans, including all aspects of product delivery before, during and after closing.
• Serves as a client point of contact, establishing strong relationships through exceptional service and timely responses.
• Coordinates with Financial Officers across regions to gather pre-qualification information and ensure deadlines are met.
• Prepares accurate loan documents from application through finalization and monitors closing conditions.
