You will serve as the first point of contact for clients, handling inquiries and servicing loans while coordinating office operations and events to create a positive client experience.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of client service experience in finance preferred.
• Able to work in a collaborative team environment and align with organizational goals.
• Keen eye for detail ensuring accuracy and compliance in documentation.

Mansioni

• Provide front line client service via phone, online, and in person.
• Support loan servicing tasks including renewals and document coordination.
• Assist with office operations and events, managing related tasks and invoices.
