You\'ll collaborate with Financial Officers across locations, prepare accurate loan documents, and ensure closing conditions are met. This role emphasizes accuracy, regulatory compliance, and exceptional client service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Entry-level experience in loan processing or similar role.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Ability to prioritize and organize work.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• General knowledge of farming operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate client intake and pre-qualification information with field officers.
• Prepare loan documents from application through closing.
• Verify loan documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintain accurate electronic files and chattel tracking.
• Support post-close activities and loan disbursements.
• Act as a client contact to deliver exceptional service.
