Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with strong accuracy and documentation skills.
• Experience in client service within financial or similar setting preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline client service via in-person, phone, and digital channels.
• Assist with PCA loan renewals and servicing tasks in line with policy.
• Support office operations and event coordination at the Onalaska location.
• Maintain client accounts, process receipts/disbursements and document preparation.
