Achieve is seeking a Loan Consultant in Tempe, AZ to help existing clients obtain loans that accelerate debt resolution. The role combines inbound and high-volume outbound calls in a hybrid office setting with training on-site.

Total compensation ranges from $80,000 to $120,000+ annually, with benefits and uncapped commissions. The role requires 2+ years of inside sales, strong time management, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of inside sales experience.
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
• Experience uncovering consumer needs to provide solutions.
• Strong communication and influencing abilities.
• CRM experience with Salesforce preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed monthly schedule adherence and utilization goals.
• Make 100+ outbound calls to warm leads.
• Deliver persuasive consultations to clients on Consolidation Plus loan to accelerate debt resolution.
• Use Salesforce to track and manage leads; manage a large lead pipeline weekly.
