Job summary

Achieve, a leading digital personal finance company, is seeking a Loan Sales Consultant in Tempe, AZ. This hybrid role trains on-site and a few times monthly, with standard hours Mon-Fri 8:00am–5:00pm.

You will help existing clients get approved for the Consolidation Plus loan, using Salesforce to manage a ~200 lead pipeline and deliver consultative solutions to accelerate debt resolution. Total compensation ranges $80,000–$120,000+ annually plus benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of inside sales experience.
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills for a 200+ lead pipeline.
• Experience uncovering consumer needs to provide solution-based services.
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence.
• CRM proficiency and ability to work independently.
• Willingness to learn and accept coaching.
• High School diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed monthly schedule adherence and utilization requirements.
• Make a high volume (100+) of outbound calls to warm leads.
• Deliver a persuasive consultation to clients for the Consolidation Plus loan.
• Use Salesforce to track and manage leads in a ~200 lead pipeline.
