Job summary

Achieve is seeking a Loan Consultant to help existing clients obtain our Consolidation Plus loan, accelerating debt resolution and improving credit outcomes. The role requires in-person training in Tempe, AZ with ongoing hybrid work options, and offers a compensation package including base plus uncapped commissions.

The position is full-time, starts November 30, 2026, and features a typical schedule from Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of inside sales experience.
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
• Experience uncovering consumer needs to provide solutions.
• Strong communication and influencing abilities.
• CRM experience; Salesforce preferred.
• Drive to meet and exceed sales goals; independent work style.
• Willingness to learn and accept coaching.
• High School diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed monthly schedule adherence and utilization.
• Make 100+ outbound calls to warm leads.
• Persuasive consultation to clients for Consolidation Plus loan.
• Use Salesforce to track leads and manage a ~200-lead pipeline; weekly new leads.
