Job summary

Tyson & Mendes LLP is seeking an experienced paralegal to support our civil litigation and insurance defense teams. You will draft and proofread documents, manage records, and assist with depositions, hearings, and trials in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of civil litigation experience, strong attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office and legal document management systems.

Qualifications

• Paralegal certification required.
• Minimum 3–5 years of litigation paralegal experience.
• Experience with Pennsylvania civil litigation is encouraged.
• Proficiency with MS Office and legal document management systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with discovery and motions, including preparing binders and exhibits.
• Manage trial preparation: coordinating witnesses, travel, exhibits, notes.
• Review and organize medical records, calculate damages.
• Handle case management and large volumes of records for litigation.
• Communicate with clients, experts, and attorneys about case status.
