Qualifications

• Paralegal certification
• Minimum of 3-5 years experience as a litigation paralegal
• Experience with litigation in the state of Florida is highly encouraged
• Solid understanding of civil litigation deadlines and rules
• MS Office and Adobe Acrobat proficiency

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with case management and draft/proofread documents
• Organize, review, and manage large volumes of records for litigation
• Prepare for depositions, hearings, and trials
• Support discovery, motions, and trial binders
• Coordinate with clients, experts, and attorneys on case status
