Tyson & Mendes is seeking an experienced paralegal to support civil litigation, personal injury, and construction defect matters in a fast-paced team environment. You will manage case files, draft and proofread documents, and assist with depositions, hearings, and trials using legal tech and case management tools.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Paralegal certification required.
• 3–5 years experience as a litigation paralegal.
• Experience with Florida litigation encouraged.
• Proficient in MS Office and Adobe Acrobat.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with discovery and motions, including preparation of binders and exhibits.
• Support trial preparation: coordinating witnesses, exhibits, and travel.
• Review and organize medical records and calculate damages.
• Collaborate with team and communicate case status with clients, experts, and attorneys.
