The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of litigation paralegal experience, Texas familiarity, and proficiency with MS Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat.

Qualifications

• Paralegal certification.
• 3–5 years experience as a litigation paralegal.
• Experience with Texas litigation preferred.
• Strong MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with discovery (interrogatories, requests for admissions, production, subpoenas) and motion work with supporting documents.
• Manage trial preparation, including coordinating witnesses/travel, exhibits, notebooks, subpoenas, and deposition binders.
• Review and organize medical records and related damages calculations.
• Collaborate with team members across levels of experience.
• Maintain routine client, expert, and attorney communications about case status.
