Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP seeks a Litigation Docket Clerk to support its broad litigation practice from offices nationwide in a hybrid schedule. The role requires coordinating docket entries, deadlines, and calendar management across multiple jurisdictions. Flexibility for overtime is required.

The ideal candidate will have experience in litigation calendaring, strong communication skills, and proficiency with docketing software such as CompuLaw or similar tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least one year of relevant litigation calendaring/docketing experience.
• Familiarity with court filings and rules for federal, state, and county levels.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong proofreading and attention to detail.
• Team-oriented with interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintains the firm’s docket system for litigation lawyers in multiple courts and jurisdictions.
• Obtains filing information from court clerks and online dockets.
• Identifies deadlines and prepares master calendar of due dates for lawyers and staff.
• Researches deadlines, calculations, local rules, and related questions for attorneys and staff.
• Responds to requests regarding calendared events, pleadings, and court procedures; updates docket dates as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
