Job summary

Wolters Kluwer is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator (Licensing) in a hybrid USA role. You will manage licensing, payroll and sales tax registrations, non-profit filings, and related regulatory filings while delivering exceptional client support.

The position reports to the Manager, Customer Service and collaborates with the Associate Director, Customer Service. You’ll handle licensing research, regulatory follow-through, and multi-regional filings in a fast-paced setting, with a focus on

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for clients on licensing, registration and compliance.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms professionally.
• Provide status updates and guidance through filing and registration processes.
• Maintain positive client relationships through proactive communication and issue resolution.
• Escalate complex issues while ensuring client satisfaction.
• Research and process license applications and renewals across state and local levels.
• Monitor deadlines and renewal requirements to ensure ongoing compliance.
• Maintain accurate records of filings, approvals and renewal schedules.
• Communicate with government agencies to obtain information and resolve filing issues.
