Job summary

Geode Health is a rapidly growing national provider of outpatient mental health services seeking a fully licensed Mental Health Therapist for the Greater Columbus market. You will diagnose, treat, and provide psychotherapy across the spectrum, with a hybrid schedule of three days onsite and two days of telehealth.

We offer competitive pay ($90,000–$95,000/year) for full-time, with provisional licensure accepted and a path to full licensure, plus benefits including medical/dental/vision, 401(k)

Qualifications

• Licensed Georgia mental health professional with ability to obtain full licensure.
• Provisional licensure accepted with plan to achieve full licensure.
• Experience delivering psychotherapy across mental health conditions.
• Proficiency with EMR systems and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat mental health disorders with psychotherapy.
• Collaborate with prescribers and care team for coordinated treatment.
• Provide crisis intervention when needed and coordinate care.
• Track outcomes using measurement-based care to inform plans.
• Balance in-person with telehealth for a hybrid work model.
