Job summary

Geode Health is actively recruiting a fully licensed mental health therapist to join our Athens area team. The role includes diagnosing and treating mental health disorders and providing psychotherapy within an integrated care model.

You will work in a hybrid arrangement (onsite three days/week, telehealth two days/week), with a flexible schedule, and the opportunity to build a patient caseload while earning a competitive salary in the $90k–$95k range yearly.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as a mental health therapist in GA (LCSW/LMSW/LSW, LPC/CPCS, LMFT or PsyD).
• Experience conducting comprehensive assessments and developing individualized treatment plans.
• Proficiency with EMR systems and maintaining up-to-date records.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat mental health disorders and provide psychotherapy.
• Coordinate care with prescriber to ensure integrated psychiatric and therapeutic services.
• Engage in crisis intervention when needed and support patients across the care spectrum.
