• Fully licensed in Illinois (LCSW/LCPC/LMFT).
• Demonstrates commitment to high quality patient care.
• Experience conducting assessments and developing treatment plans.
• Proficient with an EMR system and up-to-date records.
• Understanding of mental health disorders and treatment modalities.
• Willingness to serve a broad spectrum of mental health conditions.
• Geode prefers therapists with 1+ year of psychotherapy experience.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat mental health disorders across a broad spectrum.
• Provide psychotherapy and help clients set goals with personalized care.
