Job summary

Geode Health in Georgia is actively recruiting a fully licensed Mental Health Therapist to diagnose and treat mental health disorders and provide psychotherapy across the full spectrum of care.

This role offers a hybrid schedule with three days onsite and two days via telehealth, flexible hours, and a competitive compensation package including medical, dental, vision, CME support, and a 4% 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• Licensed Therapist in Georgia (LCSW/LMSW/LSW/LPC/CPCS/LMFT or PsyD).
• Provisionally licensed LMSW/LSW considered if pursuing full licensure.
• Supervision participation required for independent licensure.
• Passion for high-quality care.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat mental health disorders and provide psychotherapy across the full spectrum of care.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals for care coordination and crisis intervention if needed.
• Help patients set goals and gain insights through personalized care.
