Job summary

Geode Health is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist in the Mansfield region to diagnose, treat, and provide psychotherapy across the mental health spectrum. You will collaborate with a integrated care team to coordinate services and deliver crisis intervention when needed.

You will typically work a hybrid schedule with some onsite and telehealth sessions, allowing you to design your availability and build patient load while maintaining a high standard of care across the organization.

Qualifications

• Licensed mental health professional with Texas license (LCSW/LCPC/LMFT) and passion for high-quality care.
• Experience conducting comprehensive assessments and developing individualized treatment plans.
• Proficiency with EMR systems and accurate documentation of patient encounters.
• Understanding of mental health disorders and treatment modalities across the spectrum.
• Desire and ability to treat a broad range of mental health conditions; 1+ year psychotherapy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat mental health disorders and perform psychotherapy across the spectrum of care.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate care and provide crisis intervention when needed.
• Define goals, monitor progress, and adjust treatment plans with an evidence-based approach.
