Responsibilities

• Manages full lifecycle workflow for assigned attorneys and anticipates their needs.
• Coordinates intake, conflict checks, and engagement processes; maintains documentation.
• Supports billing inquiries, time entry, and matter budgets with attorneys; collaborates with billing team.
• Coordinates client communications and acts as liaison between attorneys, clients, and internal departments.
• Manages attorneys' inboxes, drafts and responds to emails, and organizes correspondence for retrieval.
• Prepares, edits, formats, and proofs documents; maintains file organization and secure storage.
• Demonstrates teamwork and shares training tips; participates in team meetings to discuss projects.
• Identifies opportunities for process improvements and participates in AI/automation trainings.
