• Strong communication skills and ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Manages full lifecycle workflow for assigned attorneys.
• Coordinate intake, conflicts checks, and engagement processes.
• Assist with time entry, billing inquiries, and collections.
• Coordinate client communications and handle confidential information.
• Proactively manages attorneys’ inboxes and calendars.
• Prepare and edit legal documents with a high degree of accuracy.
