Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist claimants with paid leave of absence requests and guide them through the leave process.
• Process all leave of absence paperwork according to procedures and laws.
• Provide timely responses to associates and management regarding day-to-day issues.
• Make LOA claim decisions and gather relevant information.
• Maintain records of LOA requests and data analysis.
