Epic Asset Management is seeking a Local Market Expert to support leasing and marketing across our portfolio in a hybrid capacity. The role drives occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction with on-site and corporate initiatives.

Ideal candidates have leasing/property management experience, strong customer service, and proficiency with Yardi or OneSite. Weekend work is required to support peak operations and resident needs.

Formación

• Prior leasing or property management experience.
• Experience in multi-family properties preferred.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organizational and detail-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency with property management software (Yardi/OneSite) and MS 365.

Responsabilidades

• Provide property tours and guidance to prospective residents.
• Manage leasing activities including qualification, screening, lease prep, and move-in coordination.
• Conduct pre-move-in inspections and coordinate with maintenance.
• Build rapport with residents to ensure satisfaction and community.
• Facilitate lease renewals and present renewal options.
