- Familiarity with property management software (e.g., Yardi, OneSite).
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for tours.
Responsibilities
- Lead property tours and highlight features to prospective residents.
- Coordinate move-ins, ensure units are ready, and handle paperwork.
- Respond to resident inquiries and address concerns to boost satisfaction.
- Market available units via online platforms and community events.
- Maintain accurate leasing documents and resident files in PM software.
