Job summary

Epic Asset Management is seeking a dynamic Leasing Consultant to join our Everett team. You will engage prospective residents with engaging tours, promote community features, and ensure a smooth move-in process while maintaining a high level of customer service.

You will market available units online, stay informed about market trends, and participate in community events to enhance resident engagement. Proficiency with Yardi/OneSite and MS 365 is a plus, along with a valid driver’s license for

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing, property management, or sales is preferred but not required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and familiarity with property management software (e.g., Yardi, OneSite) are a plus.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse populations.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities with attention to detail.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required for community tours and outreach.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for prospective residents with property tours and highlight community features.
• Conduct virtual and in-person tours maintaining a professional, welcoming demeanor.
• Ensure seamless move-in experience and prepare all necessary documents.
• Respond promptly to resident concerns, striving for solutions that boost satisfaction.
• Drive leasing goals by maintaining a high lease-to-tour conversion ratio and implementing marketing strategies.
