GFT, a leading infrastructure firm, seeks a Learning and Development Coordinator to join its Human Resources team in Mechanicsburg, PA. This hybrid role combines learning administration, LMS management, logistics, and employee development support to drive strategic learning initiatives.

You'll coordinate training events, maintain databases, and provide program analytics while supporting succession planning and People & Organizational Capacity courses. Growth opportunities in HR operations await.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in HR, Business, or Organizational Development.
• 2-5 years supporting HR, Talent Management, Learning & Development, or People Operations.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Experience managing schedules, coordinating events, and maintaining databases.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.

Responsibilities

• Administers learning programs by tracking attendance, updating LMS, and preparing reports on training activities and compliance.
• Identifies training needs and supports recommendations for programs and activities.
• Coordinates travel and learning program logistics (scheduling, booking rooms, virtual events, meals, accommodations).
• Supports program execution and continuous improvement by collecting feedback and monitoring metrics.
• Acts as a point of contact for stakeholders, triaging inquiries and assisting with learning requests.
• Supports succession management processes.
• Facilitates People and Organizational Capacity courses including new hire orientation and assessments.
