Job summary

NNMC seeks a Learning Systems Coordinator to support distance learning for students, faculty, and staff. You will help manage the LMS, assist with video conferencing tools, and generate usage analytics.

The role includes training colleagues, maintaining learning platforms, and collaborating with IT and instructional teams to ensure a smooth online learning environment. Hybrid work is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a tech or education-related field from an accredited college.
• Minimum 24 IT-related credit hours.
• Experience supporting faculty and students with educational technologies.
• Experience working with Learning Management Systems.
• Experience with Zoom and Google Apps.

Responsibilities

• Assist with distance learning applications (LMS and video conferencing).
• Train instructors and staff in distance learning tools.
• Generate analytics reports on usage and performance.
• Collaborate with educators and IT staff to optimize platforms.
• Maintain LMS tasks, enrollments, and course copies.
• Ensure system updates and feature testing keep the LMS running smoothly.
