Job summary

Invesco is seeking a Learning & Leadership Development Solutions Lead to drive end-to-end strategy, design, and execution of a comprehensive L&LD portfolio aligned with enterprise priorities. You will partner with the Head of Learning & Leadership Development to build capabilities and foster a growth culture.

The role requires leading diverse learning experiences, stakeholder engagement, and data-driven program optimization across global teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR, Organizational Development, Business, or related field.
• 7+ years in learning and leadership development, focusing on program design and portfolio management.
• Experience managing open enrollment or enterprise-wide learning in a global, matrixed org.
• Strong business acumen; align learning with organizational goals.
• Experience with LMS, digital platforms, and data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end strategy, design, and delivery of learning and leadership development solutions portfolio.
• Curate diverse learning experiences for various leadership levels and functions.
• Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness using data-driven insights.
