Job summary

Invesco seeks a Head of Global Investments Learning & Development to lead the end-to-end learning platform for investment professionals. You will partner with leadership, HR, and external providers to identify needs, build scalable programs, and oversee CPD, onboarding, mentoring, and events.

Responsibilities include shaping the global investor skills framework, managing budgets, and reporting on program effectiveness. Travel to global offices may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or related certification preferred.
• Experience designing and managing training programs for investment professionals.
• Strong collaboration with senior leaders, HR, and external education providers.
• Experience with CPD, learning systems, and training reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global learning strategy aligned with leadership priorities.
• Coordinate induction, onboarding, and development pathways for investment staff.
• Source and manage external training providers and vendor relations.
• Administer CPD tracking, reporting, and learner analytics.
• Lead mentoring programs, networking events, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
• Budget, governance & continuous improvement of the Learning & Development platform.
