Job summary

Invesco is seeking a Head of Global Investments Learning & Development to lead the global training strategy for investment professionals. The role partners with senior investment leaders, HR, and external providers to identify needs, build scalable programs, and drive CPD tracking and reporting.

The position combines strategic program leadership with hands-on administration of needs analysis, onboarding, mentoring, and budgeting. Frequent collaboration across regions and time zones is required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in professional development, learning and development, investment management, investment operations, talent development, or a related field.
• Experience designing, coordinating, or managing training programs for investment professionals preferred.
• Demonstrated experience conducting training needs analysis and translating business requirements into learning solutions.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders, internal subject matter experts, and external education or training providers.
• Experience managing budgets, vendors, contracts, training logistics, participant communications, and reporting.
• Experience with CPD, professional qualification support, learning systems, or training record administration preferred.
• Knowledge of investment management, investment roles, and professional development needs for investment teams preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global investment learning and professional development strategy.
• Partner with senior investment leaders and HR to identify training needs and priorities.
• Agree on a global investor skills framework to support career progression and leadership expectations.
• Promote knowledge sharing, mentoring, and internal connectivity across asset classes and regions.
• Communicate training opportunities and firm-wide development events.
• Conduct training needs analysis and translate findings into action plans.
• Design and continuously improve learning pathways for all levels of investment staff.
• Coordinate training delivered by internal SMEs and external providers.
• Source, evaluate, and manage training vendors and contracts.
