Job summary

Invesco is seeking a Head of Global Investments Learning & Development to lead the global learning platform for investment professionals. This role partners with investment leadership, HR, finance and external providers to design scalable development programs and manage CPD, onboarding, and professional qualification support.

The candidate will drive strategy, governance, and budget management. The position requires strong program management, leadership, and communication skills, with 8+ years

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Advanced degree, CFA charterholder, coaching qualification, or L&D certification preferred.
• Experience in asset management or investment education is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop global learning and development strategy aligned with Investments Leadership’s objectives.
• Partner with senior investment leaders and HR to identify training needs and prioritize resources.
• Design and coordinate learning pathways for onboarding, early-career investors, analysts, portfolio managers, and senior investors.
• Source, evaluate, and manage external training providers and CPD support.
• Administer training systems, CPD tracking, and reporting; monitor program effectiveness.
• Manage the L&D budget and governance, ensuring alignment with policies and continuous improvement.
