Job summary

Essity North America is seeking a Learning and Leadership Specialist to drive the execution of our learning strategy across the organization. You will facilitate workshops, coordinate leadership development programs, and manage projects while supporting learning operations to create an engaging learner experience.

The role requires 2–5 years of related experience, strong facilitation and collaboration skills, and willingness to travel up to 75% within North America.

Qualifications

• Experience facilitating workshops, training sessions, or group discussions in virtual and in-person settings.
• Strong project management and organizational skills to handle multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience using Microsoft Office and virtual collaboration tools.
• Ability to travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate instructor-led workshops, leadership development programs, onboarding experiences, and virtual learning events across North America.
• Coordinate program logistics, scheduling, enrollment management, materials, and participant support.
• Identify learning and development needs and support solutions aligned with organizational objectives.
• Lead and support learning projects and coordinate activities across stakeholders to ensure delivery.
• Build partnerships across HR, business leaders, employees, facilitators, vendors and global colleagues.
