SGS Consulting in the United States seeks a Program Manager/Facilitator to lead people development initiatives and learning journeys. You will collaborate with business and P&C to align skills with development needs and design local solutions when global options are unavailable.

You will manage budgets, coordinate facilitators, promote programs, audit iLearn, and travel up to 10% for sessions at US/Canada sites. Strong facilitation and project management skills required.

• Manages all aspects of assigned programs and learning journeys.
• Plans and implements quarterly NA schedule based on anticipated demand.
• Secures facilitators for open enrolment and team sessions; manages external facilitators as needed.
• Manages facilitator pool to identify, certify, and track facilitators.
• Drives awareness and utilization of programs through clear communications and promotions.
• Manages budget for assigned programs in partnership with department head.
• Runs iLearn audits to ensure accuracy of instructor-led programs.
• Assesses training data for trends; contributes to program redesigns using adult learning principles.
• Oversees external partner activities to ensure timely and high-quality session delivery.
• Facilitates upskilling open enrolment and team training sessions to high standards.
• Up to 10% travel to other worksites in US and Canada.

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborates with the business and P&;C community to assess people development needs and links needs/performance gaps to skills. Identifies relevant, sustainable learning solutions linked to identified skills.
• Engages business leaders to leverage the appropriate internal Lab resources to drive consistency and limit unnecessary external spend. Connects business to other Learning Institutes as appropriate.
• Contributes to the design of local learning solutions if global solutions don't already exist nor are in development.
• Works with the Head of NALEX to inform global teams of people development needs for North America.
• Program Manager
• Manages all aspects of assigned programs/learning journeys and supports teammates, as appropriate:
• Plans and implements Quarterly NA schedule based on anticipated demand.
• Ensures coverage of all scheduled sessions, securing facilitators for open enrolment programs as well as intact team sessions, including the management of external facilitators.
• Manages facilitation pool for assigned programs to identify, certify, and track facilitators.
• Increases awareness and utilization of programs through clear and timely communications and promotions.
• In partnership with department head, manages budget for assigned programs.
• Runs periodic iLearn audits to ensure accuracy of instructor-led programs in iLearn.
• Assesses training evaluation data for trends
• Contributes to global re-designs and enhancements of programs, applying adult learning standards.
• Oversees activities of external partner to ensure timely and high-quality session delivery management.
• Facilitator
• Facilitates upskilling open enrolment as well as intact team training sessions to the highest standard, serving as a role model to other facilitators.
• Up to 10% business travel may be expected to other worksites, both local in US and Canada

Skills:

• Skilled at facilitation virtually and in person.
• Proven track record in project management
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Applications for use in virtual as well as live Training including but not limited to TEAMs and PowerPoint
• Outstanding organizational skills, time management and dealing with conflicting priorities.
• Strong interpersonal skills (with demonstrated stakeholder management, conflict management / resolution in group dynamic)
• English Fluency required

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in science or related field required.
