Job summary

Essity North America is hiring a Learning and Leadership Specialist to support the execution of our learning strategy across the organization. You will partner with HR, leaders, employees and global peers to deliver impactful programs and drive learner engagement.

The ideal candidate will facilitate workshops, manage projects, and coordinate leadership development initiatives in a hybrid role based in the Philadelphia metro area, with up to 75% travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, OD, Education, Psychology, Business or Communications required.
• 2–5 years in Learning & Development, Talent Development or HR disciplines.
• Experience facilitating workshops and trainings in virtual and in-person settings.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and virtual collaboration tools.
• Up to 75% travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate instructor-led workshops and leadership programs for North America.
• Coordinate onboarding, virtual learning events, and learner experiences.
• Manage logistics, scheduling, materials, and participant support.
• Support adoption of global and regional learning initiatives and tools.
• Lead learning projects and coordinate stakeholders to ensure delivery.
