Datasite LLC is seeking a Training Specialist to analyze training needs and build learning solutions across classroom, virtual, and self-guided formats. The role includes delivering virtual training to global customers and contributing to documentation and SOPs.

The ideal candidate will create, manage, and deliver training materials, collaborate with SMEs, and stay current with best practices and new technologies to maximize training effectiveness.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience with instructional design, or a technical training certification.
• Minimum 3–6 years’ experience in a training or educational context.
• Must be a team player and able to work in a time sensitive, high pressure deadline and driven work environment.
• Experience with Articulate or other e-learning authoring tools; LMS experience; AI-enabled learning materials a plus.

Mansioni

• Analyze content, audiences, and learner environment to identify instructional strategies for courses, curriculum, and projects.
• Work with SMEs to design classroom and e-learning training materials and develop course curriculum.
• Monitor, test, and measure trainee comprehension and satisfaction.
• Provide feedback to trainees and adjust delivery methods for effectiveness.
• Maintain and enhance training materials, plans, and manuals to improve training effectiveness.
• Develop professional enrichment and skill-building training for existing employees.
• Define, document, and provide training for standard operating procedures.
• Act as a resource to answer product questions and support Client Service teams.
• Contribute knowledge of training fundamentals and research learning tools.
• Stay current with product development to define best practices prior to code release.
• Facilitate training as needed.
