Datasite seeks a Training Specialist to analyze learning needs, build solutions, and deliver training in classroom, virtual, and self-guided formats. You will support global customers, contribute to documentation, and promote best practices in training delivery.

The role emphasizes collaboration with SMEs, development of curriculum, and use of AI-enabled learning materials to enhance user proficiency across platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in instructional design or related field.

Responsibilities

• Analyze content, audiences, and learner environment to identify instructional strategies for courses and projects.
• Collaborate with SMEs to design classroom and e-learning materials and develop course curricula.
• Monitor, test, and measure trainee comprehension and satisfaction.
• Provide feedback to trainees and adjust delivery methods for effective results.
• Maintain and enhance training materials, plans, and manuals to reflect new techniques.
• Develop professional enrichment and skill-building training for employees.
• Define and document training for standard operating procedures.
• Answer product questions and support Client Service teams.
• Research training methodologies and learning tools to maximize effectiveness.
• Stay current with product software development to define best practices before code releases.
• Facilitate training as needed.
