Qualifications

• 2+ years of training, instructional design, and/or learning design experience in a corporate or business setting focusing on adult learners.
• BA/BS in HR, Education, or related discipline.
• Experience with learning management systems and e-learning software.

Responsibilities

• Designs in-person, virtual, blended, and e-learning solutions targeted at employees and/or clients.
• Collaborates with subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure content is accurate, relevant, and aligned with learning and business needs.
• Analyzes learner, performance, and business needs to determine appropriate learning and performance-support solutions.
• Designs end-to-end learning experiences that may include instruction, practice, assessment, reinforcement, coaching, job aids, and post-learning support.
• Develops learning activities, scenarios, assessments, job aids, and other resources that support knowledge application and workplace performance.
