Datasite is seeking a Training Specialist to analyze learning needs and build learning solutions across classroom, virtual, and self-guided formats. You will collaborate with SMEs to design curricula and deliver training to diverse teams supporting clients.

The role includes creating documentation, adapting content for global audiences, and promoting effective self-administration of our products. A strong background in instructional design and AI-enabled learning is required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in instructional design or related field.
• Minimum 3–6 years of experience in training or educational contexts.
• Confident presentation skills and ability to work under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze content, audiences, and learner environments to identify instructional strategies.
• Design classroom and e-learning training materials with SMEs and develop curricula.
• Monitor trainee comprehension and adjust delivery methods for effectiveness.
• Maintain and enhance training materials and SOPs for current practices.
• Deliver training to global customers and support the client service teams.
• Create AI-enabled learning materials and promote responsible use.
