Job summary

Datasite is seeking a Training Specialist to analyze training needs and deliver classroom, virtual, and self-guided e-learning solutions. You will work with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement training materials for diverse client and internal audiences.

The role requires at least a Bachelor’s degree and 3–6 years of training experience, with strong instructional design, AI-enabled learning, and familiarity with Articulate and LMS platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience with instructional design or technical training certification.
• Minimum 3–6 years’ experience in a training or educational context.
• Experience with instructional design strategies for users with varying skill sets.
• Proactive, positive approach to adopting new technology and building knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Analyze content, audiences, and learner environment to identify instructional strategies for courses and projects.
• Work with SMEs to design classroom and e-learning training materials and curricula.
• Monitor trainee comprehension and satisfaction; adjust delivery methods.
• Maintain and enhance training materials, plans, and manuals to improve effectiveness.
• Define, document, and provide training for standard operating procedures; support Client Service teams.
• Stay current with product software development to define best practices prior to code releases.
• Facilitate training as needed.
