Job summary

Datasite is seeking a Training Specialist to analyze training needs, build learning solutions, and deliver classroom, virtual, and e-learning programs for diverse client-support teams.

You will deliver virtual training to global customers, contribute to documentation, job aids, and SOPs, and stay current with development to define best practices before code releases. Hybrid work in US locations is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with instructional design or a technical training certification.
• 3–6 years in a training or educational context, preferred.
• Must be a team player and able to work under time-sensitive, high-pressure deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Analyze content, audiences, and learner environment to identify instructional strategies for courses and projects.
• Collaborate with SMEs to design classroom and e-learning training materials and develop curricula.
• Monitor, test, and measure trainee comprehension and satisfaction.
• Provide feedback to trainees and adjust delivery methods to achieve effective results.
• Maintain and enhance existing training materials, plans, and manuals to improve training effectiveness.
• Develop professional enrichment and skill-building training for current employees.
• Define, document, and train on standard operating procedures.
• Answer product questions and support Client Service teams.
• Research training methodologies and learning tools to maximize effectiveness.
• Stay current with product software development to define best practices prior to releases.
• Facilitate training as needed.
